Question #1:

Would you be interested in this story?

So i'm writing a short story and just wanted to get some feedback before i keep going.

Charles is the son of two wealthy entrepreneurs and he never had to worry about a single thing in his life until now. He came home early one night to see that his girlfriend Emily, and his best friend Eric naked on the bed. He gets furious but Eric blames that he wasn't there for Emily. Then they struggle and Eric pushed Charles onto a heavy glass table and hits his head. Thinking that Charles is dead, both Emily and Eric leave the house.

Em and Eric comes up with an idea that Eric should pretend to be Charles so they can get married and receive his parents' fortune. Emily starts teaching Eric what Charles' favorite foods are, his music, movies, books, and who he knows and what habits he has. Eric then receives a plastic surgery to try to look like Charles.

Five years later, Charles has been getting help with his broken back from his private doctor who promised him not to tell Emily and Eric that he's still alive. Soon Charles gets a plastic surgery to make him look like Eric. Then he appears in front of "Charles" acting like "Eric". Emily and Eric are both stunned to see who this is.

In the end it turns out that Eric is Charles' biological brother who he thought died when he was born. But actually, Charles' parents didn't plan on having another child after Charles so they abandoned him. Eric grew up planning a revenge against Charles and his family, but his plan backfired when Charles, who is now "Eric", sells Eric's house, his car, and donates all his money to charity. "Charles" and "Eric" hold each other and accept their apologies, while Emily, feeling she was being used this whole time, shoot both of them in the head before killing herself.

Do you think this "plot twist" has been used way too many times?
What are your thoughts?

Question #2:

Do you think that this car is a good buy?

Hi there!!! I am thinking about buying a 2002 used Honda Civic EX with 118k miles for 4900 bucks. The car is super clean and has been in no accidents and the dealer is throwing in a free 90 day warranty. I am gonna have the car inspected before I buy it. So do you guy think the car is a good buy.
I haven't seen the car in person because its about 1hr 30 min train ride away from me in Jersey City and I live in NY.
And if you guys have any tips on buying a used car and things I have to keep in mind. That would be very helpful.
Thanks for your help guys

Question #4:

why do girls make getting laid so hard?

i went to a private school all throughout middle school and up till end of 9th grade. than i went to public school for 1 year. than back to a private school for half the year, than finally to another private school. for the rest of last year. know im still at the school
im 17 and a guy and have not gotten laid. its F#cking BS. i read that like 45-50% of people by age 17 have ready gotten laid. however whats hard for me to understand, is that like 98% of girls are not whores, and dont just put out. ive had Girlfreinds before, but they werent that great. and the 3 last girls that i have actually liked have not carred to go out with me. while i was going out with this girl in 8th grade i really liked this other girl. sophmore year i used to talk to this girl and i liked her, she later got addicted to cocaine with her bad boy Boyfreind, who really wasent different from me, all he did was drink more and do cocaine and had a car at the time. know i got a bada## car, i drives a 2006 cadillac cts v, i love cars' and fix cars up etc, and i golf and i have been doing muay thai for 2 years. but even so i cant get laid, nor have half my freinds been succesful

is it because im at private school? ( i know the sterotypes say that private school girls are actually wild. buts its total F#cking BS. i probally partyed the most all last year, and freshman year i was probally the biggest like party/druggie at school. none of the girls partyed except like 3 and they were my freinds, and none of them just had sex. you had to go out with them for like 2 years to get anything. another 1 of my freinds , 1 who has gotten laid was going out with his girlfreind for 2 years and they just finnally had sex. he has wanted to, but because he apparently loves her, he said he was fine with waiting till she was ready.

honestly its starting to drive my crazy. every F#cking day i am thinking about getting some. and it dosent make it better, that i No longer want to do drugs!!. I Want to stop getting high and drunk a lot, i got a good job and i am going to go to law school, and work as an intern at my dad's law firm next summer. so i know i will be succesful hopefully, i realize that drugs make things not always better and can cause trouble if not used modeartly. but even so when i was partying all the time, thats when i typically made out with girls, felt up, fingered, etc and got most of my action. was at party's or with slutty girls

so yeah so far im not having a fun time
jack bauer,
i dont really want to bang a Fat chick

and i know that fat girls are usually hungry

and Victor- your gay deud
how am i a perv? and would you not say for example lil wayne or brad pitt idk, tiger woods etc, guys who get so much P#ssy, are you saying they are not at all a perv

tiger woods- great golfer
still a fan of how he golfs. while it was terriable what he did, i would say that banging like over 20 girls while you have a wife
and having all these fantasy he had makes him a perv. yet he gets laid more than anyone probably does

however being worth 100 million helps anyone
KH

its so a contest

im sorry to say. but the happiest people are those who are in love

or those who are rich and love

or those who are rich as hell and get laid all the time

like my Uncle
he's a doctor single
45
and got a hot a## girlfreind. his friday nights consist of coming home, in his Aston Martin DB9, getting loaded off some fine Vodka and banging his Girl

how is that not what most males want?

Question #5:

is this black guy smart or wut eh?

A black man walks into a prestigious private bank in midtown manhattan and
asks for the loan officer who politely tries to direct him to a
more...Commercial establishment. The black man says he's going to europe on
business trip for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000. The loan officer
says the bank will need some kind of security for the loan, so the black man
hands over the keys to a new rolls royce. The car is parked on the street in
front of the bank. He has all the papers including the title and everything
checks out. The bank agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan. An
employee of the bank then proceeds to drive the rolls into the bank's
underground garage and parks it there. The news quickly spreads
throughout the bank and over lunch, the bank's president and its
officers all enjoy a good laugh at the "ni*%er's" expense for using a $250,000 rolls
as collateral against a $5,000 loan. Two weeks after, the black man returns, repays the $5,000 and the interest, which comes to $20.41. The loan officer says, "sir, we are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked out very nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked you out
and found that you are a multimillionaire. What puzzles us is, why would you
bother to borrow $5,000?" the black man replies. "where else in new
york city can I park my car for two weeks for only $20.41 and expect it to be
there when I return?"

Question #9:

Obama I said let the illegals go free but Fed agents frustrated by judges’ immigration decisions?

In March, Jose Manuel Gonzalez-Sandoval — who had committed serious crimes in the United States since 1998 — stood before Florence, Ariz., Immigration Judge Bruce Taylor on a deportation hearing. That day the judge canceled his removal proceedings, allowing him to stay in the United States.

Four months later, Sandoval was arrested again on an outstanding warrant but was released. Three days after that release he led police on a 100 mph car chase. Then in August, in response to a 911 call from his family, he shot at Arizona deputies who came to his home. That night, he escaped. He later turned himself into authorities after they began a public manhunt for him.

Sandoval, who had resident status, is only one example of a legal system that lacks working mechanisms for deporting criminal aliens, said Rep. Ted Poe, a Texas Republican and former judge.

“The federal government has the responsibility, the moral duty to send these criminal aliens back where they came from after they do their prison time and before they commit more crimes,” said Poe, who is co-chair of the Victims’ Rights Caucus. He said both the Obama and Bush administrations handled the issue ineffectively, hiding facts from the American people and “sugar-coating” the truth regarding the deportation of criminal aliens.

This month, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency announced that the Obama administration is planning to dismiss thousands of illegal alien deportation cases, possibly 17,000, if the immigrants have a potential path to legal residency or overstayed their visas.

But critics say many illegal aliens with long criminal records composed of what some courts consider to be lesser charges will see their deportation cases dismissed as well. They cite Sandoval as an example.

“The system is skewed to release these criminals,” said Poe, a former judge. He recalled many times he saw repeat criminal offenders back in his courtroom after issuing detainers, which required the federal government to deport them after they served their U.S. sentences.

“The detainers don’t work, because we either don’t have enough federal agents, the administration doesn’t make it a priority and there isn’t any accountability when alien criminals are released back into society,” Poe said.

ICE, Border Patrol and local law enforcement officers told The Washington Examiner that law enforcement agencies are frustrated by the judicial system’s approach to handling immigrants charged with crimes.

“In the case of Sandoval, ICE did the right thing,” said a federal official who spoke on the condition that he not be named. “They checked his long criminal history, he had two or more crimes involving morale turpitude and should have been deported and had his residency taken away. What does the administration have to say about this? He’s only one of thousands of bad guys that get away with this.”

Said an ICE agent: “What can we do when immigration judges are granted this huge discretionary authority? There is no oversight. This case could have resulted in the death of a police officer.”

Kathryn Mattingly, with the Executive Office for Immigration Reform, said, “The Office of the Chief Immigration Judge regularly monitors immigration judge performance and conduct through EOIR’s performance management program and through its daily supervision of the courts.”

She said that in “instances where concerns regarding an immigration judge’s conduct arise ... any allegations are investigated and resolved in a fair and expeditious manner,” adding that “such investigations could include scenarios where an immigration judge consistently makes ill-advised decisions.”

Sandoval’s Department of Homeland Security arrest record history was obtained by The Examiner.

He had used an alias, Samuel Mendoza, and as early as 1998 he had been arrested for damage to private property and simple assault. Since then he has been arrested for drunken driving, drug charges multiple aggravated assaults, multiple endangerment charges and use of a deadly weapon. In many cases, he was not prosecuted, simply fined and released, according to the documents.

The federal law governing criminal immigrants states that “if you have been convicted of two crimes involving moral turpitude not arising out of a single scheme of criminal misconduct,” you are supposed to be deported.

However, judges have repeatedly used their own discretion not to deport him.

“There is no legal liability on the part of the judge, and you can’t charge a judge for using their discretion,” Poe said. “The judge is morally responsible to follow through with the law because if someone is killed or injured, the blood is on the judge’s hands.

Question #10:

Buy a new or used car? college student?

I'm a college student and I would like to buy a car. I know nothing about cars because my parents don't drive... I am convincing my mom to buy a used car (low mileage) cuz its cheaper and insurance will be cheaper as well. But she's saying that used cars are not that reliable. and why do people sell their cars??? So, if I test drive a car at a dealership, do I need to get a temporary insurance? And, do I need to take the used car to a mechanic if i buy it from a dealer, i know you do if you buy it from a private party. What is the process of buying a car and how long does it take you to shop around? You go car shopping, get insurance, pay for the car, and then drive it home, right? Also, which insurance company is the cheapest in SF, CA. I've had my license for two years. I know its a lot of questions, but I don't know much about cars. Thanks!

Question #11:

What would be the best private car you can buy in Australia for AU$ 7,000-10,000?

Used or new. Better if new. I need it for personal use only. I need a nice, stylish car with good mileage and low maintenance costs. Can you give me an idea which car I should buy?

Question #12:

Private dealers vs Public dealers which is better?

I'm a college student on a budget and looking for a good reliable car and at the same time of getting a car i have to move to an apartment in another city. Which means car note+ rent+insurance+deposits+moving supplies+furniture+utilites+food= a large bill starting off. I can handel the payments its just that I dont want to spend extra up front fees for tires and other maintace w/ a used car and has to be reliable since i have to travel 40 mins back and forth between home and school daily. I have some one w/ good credit willing to take out a auto loan to get a new car which is what i want since the terms are longer the payment is smaller and by it being new I wont have to worry about serious maintance right a way. So can anyone tell me which is better goting to a dealsership or a private seller (complete strangers)? Whats the pro & cons of both?
Serious answers plz
thanks

Question #13:

how can i find a good deal on a car?

I am 19 years old i bearly got a job and i only work 20 hours out of the week and i get paid 8 bucks an hour. But in the future my hours are going to get raised more. but the reason I am saying this is because like most people I need a car. I plan on saving money to get myself a car. I do not think i ask for a lot i want a Toyota Yaris from 2007 to 2009 under 10,000 with mileage of 30,000 or under it does not have to be new but in really good conditon. if my price is to high give me something better i should go for to start off. In a way I want to get a used car that could ccost me like 5000 or less. Like cars you would buy from a private seller but I really do not trust it because all the people I know that bought cars like that they are always messing up and putting money into it when instead all that money that is being put into the car could have been used to buy a good car. So the thing is that I do not want a car that I'm always going to have problems with. but in a way I do want a car just to buy right of the back like that because i do not want to just work for my damn car where payments are like 300 plus insurance and blah blah blah if you know what i mean. I want to have money for other things to like to help my mom with everything i can. So please help I need some good advice for a teenager like me. I need mature minds who know what there saying please. No offense and thank you so much for the help.
One more thing, may someone tell me if i was to buy lets say a car for 10,000 and make payments for it how much money do you think i need to be making in order to afford to pay off a car of this amount.

Question #15:

Question about buying a private car in California...?

I just bought a used car, it has not been smogged, we agreed for me (the buyer) to pay the smog because I bought the car very cheap.

We both signed the pink slip and now I am wondering if I must have the vehicle smogged BEFORE I show the DMV the new title, the reason for this is because I can't afford to have it smogged within 10 days but CAN afford to have the title transfer.

Question #16:

What's the best way to pay for a Car when buying from private seller?

Hi i was wondering if I bought a used car from a private seller how should I pay him. I have the money in my bank. But after negotiating the deal How should I pay. I am gonna meet up with up tomorrow which is a Saturday. Gonna get the car to a shop to get inspected than if everything goes right buy the car. Its a saturday and by the time the car is done in inspection I think the bank will be closed. SO how should I pay him? Wired it to him? will that work and will he get the money right away? What is the best and safest way?
ook.. but the bank will be closed by time the deal done i think... if i get a cashier's check can I leave the check blank and write it down how much I wanna pay?? Because I'm still going to try to get the car for a lowered price...

Question #17:

Would this be too much to ask of our representatives & candidates while on recess?

I realize they do not like to answer questions at Town Hall meetings so I would like to suggest something practical they might do.

Nothing is too much when they are campaigning; making speeches, attending fund raisers, knocking on doors, etc. If they can do that why don't they get up at 4:30 a.m some mornings and go to the places where day workers are lined up every morning hoping their number might be called for a job only to be turned away, dejected and discouraged.

A lot of these people are skilled construction workers who have lost jobs in many cases to illegals. There are painters, electricians, brick layers, concrete workers, among these people who really want to work and support their families.

Granted there are a lot of unskilled American workers but they are capable of learning. They could be the ones we should be training for long distance driving, bulldozer drivers, highway workers, bridge workers = all those 'shovel ready jobs' the stimulus was supposed to pay for. Unfortunately these jobs go to the politically connected Unions.

These people could be trained but they do not have the means to attend the private training facilities that cost thousands to attend. Wouldn't it be better, more practical and compassionate to pay for their education or start a government program to train these people for these 'shovel ready' jobs.

A lot of these people could have used those 'clunkers' that were demolished for others to buy new cars.

A lot of these people are living in homeless shelters. Why can't these politicians visit these homeless shelters, interview people and families living there and be sincere in asking what they can do to help?

I think this would be very charitable and mush more productive than community organizing that is political motivated and those who benefit most are the politicians running these ACORN type programs.

If politicians and candidates care like they say they do they should leave their gated communities and comfortable homes and go out where the people are hurting. Why don't they take a ride through the neighborhoods and take a look at the homes sitting idle because of foreclosures?

It is so hypocritical for the likes of Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Boxer, and those who sit in the 'high places' demanding sacrifices from those struggling to pay their multiple taxes, feeling superior and having the audacity to 'peach' to us about their idea of individual faith and telling us our 'salvation' was 'community salvation'.

If they want us to ask like true Christians and Jews they should start by looking at themselves instead of setting themselves in the high places, demanding respect, looking so beautiful nicely frocked and groomed but inside are rotting. As Jesus said 'they ae like Pharisees, beautiful on the outside but inside rotting bones'.

Why don't they see the humble fellow sitting in the back of the synagogue (church or temple_ declaring 'Lord, I am not worthy', while they arrogantly declare themselves the great teachers with authority to dictate how the rest of us are to live?

They defile all the religious foundations we were founded on and yet make great exception to those who want to enjoy our freedoms while denying ours.

Question #18:

What's wrong with attracting younger females?

I'm a 47 year old business owner who owns law firms in 4 different cities. My income is enough to buy me a decent house, car and large private boat on the side, which I take to the lakes every summer and just camp in it. I have worked extremely hard for my assets. I never had any social life in my mid-30s and early 40s, I just studied my Masters and worked.

Now that I'm earning decent money, I always wear expensive jewelry to bars to attract attention. Most of the time it works, and I usually end up taking a lucky female home. I show them pictures of my boat in my house and one thing leads to another, action ensues. I use the same concept when I'm at the lake with my boat. I invite them inside and end up with some action, whether it's a beeeejay or full-blown out action. Some people don't like what I'm doing for obvious reasons: jealousy mainly. But I know a few who don't like me because the females I invite and bun are eighteen to twenty-five year olds. I stay away from women my age because they are Old, so i go for yhe younger ones. What's wrong with that? It makes me feel good. It keeps me healthy. And psychologically it keeps me happy to know I still can and have been with females so beautiful (cheerleader-type with short shorts) that many young guys can only dream of. So why should I feel bad? They want nothing from me besides a good time in one of my assets, and I want nothing but action .

Question #19:

Question #20:

Do you bring a used car to your mechanic before buying?

I went to test drive a used car from an ad I saw on craigslist. It was a private party selling the car, and not a dealer. After the test drive, I asked if I could bring it to my mechanic, and they told me someone else had already made an offer on the car. The ad was just put up the day before. Why would they let me waste my time test driving it if someone else already made an offer? Clearly, whoever made the offer didn't take it to their mechanic first. Do most people take used cars to their mechanic before buying? I want to look at more cars, but I'm worried about other people making offers before I have a chance to take it to my mechanic. Should I just make an offer if it seems to run ok on the test drive? I'm just trying to find a car that runs and will get me from point A to B, so the cars I'm looking at are older cheaper cars if that makes any difference.
