Question #2:

I'm foreign: Would someone explain me something about the culture of state/garage/car bootie sales?

Is it a way to not to waste good things and for a simbolic value give it for someone that may use it?

I'm asking because I'm buying some things on Ebay for $ 0.99 that may even cost more than 100.00 new...some ppl says that are doing a house clearance (and do find real time pieces on their atics), and some says that are only having fun.

Just curious about the related culture!

Is it your sport?

Question #3:

Good used car sales websites for California, America?

Question #4:

Auto dealer sold me a car without disclosing a salvage title?

I bought a car 2 1/2 months ago from a local dealer in the city i live. This is a GM certified dealership. At no point in the sales process or even when signing paperwork, was I told that the car has a salvage title. I know I was buying aq used car and that I should have asked for a carfax, but this is a dealership I had bought from before and so have others in my family. As far as I know, even if you don't ask for a carfax, they still have to disclose that the car has a salvage title. Am I right, or not? And even if they didn't mention it to me, no where in the paperwork does it say it has a salvage title. I feel very cheated and lied to at this point...I just got the title in the mail and that's how I found out it has a salvage title...it says "Salvage Title" in big red stamped ink. What can I do at this point since it's been 2 1/2 months since I bought the car? Do I have any kind of legal case?
I signed a lot of paper work, but I don't think I signed the title. They sent the title to me and I just got it.
The car is a 2007 Pontiac G6, and I paid about $11,000 for the car. The dealership has been around for awhile, I'd say around 15 years. I obviously took out an auto loan for this car, so I'm wondering if banks normally finance salvaged title cars. And what about my insurance? I also heard that most insurance companies won't insure a salvaged title car with full coverage, is this true?

Question #7:

Did I make her orgasm too much? Not graphic. Long read but you will like it..?

Im 31 and I just lost my virginity 4 months ago. I wasnt waiting on someone special I just was unwanted. I had very low confidence. Anyway I lost it to a girl I met thru my friend the same day ( with protection of course).

I was so surpriesed it even happen that I didnt focus on her having an orgasm. She said some good things about me but she kind of treated me as not really important and eventually stopped calling. I told myself the 2nd time

I have sex I will overkill the girls orgasm. That 2nd time came last night. I put an ad on CL for sex. After a week someone real finnaly answered. I met her at a bar. We were both fat but she us not as fat as me.

She had already seen my pics. Anyway jumping forward we couldnt go to her place or mines and I didnt have money for a room. We decided to do it in my explorer. First we drove to area with a lot of farm land looking for a dark enough road to park on. We saw a place that said for sale so we went there.

We drove down a dirt road and parked in front of the house. She asked If I would give her a massage. I said ok and started. I have a dvd player in my car so we used it as a dim light. As I was massaging her I saw light zoom up behind me.

We are both black in a white area so you can guess what happened next. A cop shines a light in the car. Says get out with your hands up. Luckilly we werent naked yet. The cop aimed his gun at me from the start.

He said to me take your hands out of your pockets which was weird because both my hands were in the air and he was 5 feet away with a giant light on me. Eventually after taking our IDs are checking us he said you can go.

He said I know what you are trying to do but you cant do it here. At first she just wanted to go home but as I was driving her back to her car she saw another spot. A better one. We were smarter this time. We were both big so even though I have an explorer it was not much room for us but I didnt care I had a mission.

She was sweating, screaming, moaning, groaning, and even twitching at some points. When ever I though she had an orgasm I imediattly went for a second one. Using all the tools that man is equiped with.

I felt tired but I pushed on I had to make sure she had an orgasm. Eventually I stopped and she laid there for 5 minutes twitching with sweat all over her face. Finally she got up smilling and she laid on me saying she felt comfortable.

She kept saying that. Asking if I could bring her back to my place swearing she would be quite while having sex but we had been at it for 3 hours. I was tired. She kept rubbing my back and touching me and leaning on me.

We get back to her car and she took about 30 minutes to get out of my car. She kept saying are you sure you dont have a girfriend. She asked if I liked big girls or skinny girls I told herI didnt care about her weight. She kept saying we have to meet this weekend in a hotel.

Eventually she hops uot and gets in her car smilling. I was looking for a cd and I see her underwwear under my passenger seat. I said hey you forgot something I heard her say damn smilling.

At first she acted like she didnt hear me I thought she was going to pull off then 30 seconds later she said what did I leave smiling( she did hear me because I only said it once and she waited to answer). I said this and she said keep it until meet again this weekend. Funny because I had a feeling she would do that. Did I over do it?

the owner says there is no pink slip BUT the car is under his company (he says he sells cars) and

Question #12:

Whould you stay or move away?

I have been in a long distance relationship (about 3 1/2 hours away) with my boyfriend for a year now. We decided last winter we wanted to move in together I put my house on the market it. We thought it sold last spring but the sale fell apart the day of closing. That same week I found out my mom had stage 3 lung cancer. So I feel like there was a reason the sale of my house fell thur...so I could be here for my mom. He has been driving back and forth every week. He can work remote for the most part so he goes to the office 2 days a week...the rest of the time he stays at my house. He lives with his brother and does not have a home of his own. He is starting to presser me to put my house back on the market soon due to the wear and tear on his car and himself driving 7 hours a week. I don't want to leave my mom if she is dying and my daughter is eleven and has been in the same school since kindergarten...so it would be hard on us. Another thing without using my equity in my home he will not have any money for a down payment for a home for all of us to live in. He told me today we have to come up with a solution soon...I have asked him to find a job in my city ...he said he loves his job and wants to stay in his town....but I already have a home here it would be easier to just come here....But he told me his ex wife has moved in my town and he would rather not live here. I do love him (but he has not given me a ring) so it makes it hard to sacrifice everything leave my mom move somewhere I know nobody...I also feel like if I moved there now I would be driving back and forth to be with and care for my mother...and how could I do that as much as I needed to help my mom.. with a daughter in school and I would have to find a new job there...It would be hard to take time off in a new job. Now I work for my brother so as you could guess taking time off to take my mom to the doctors if okay.. So I would love some advice...I know my heart says if you love someone you would go anywhere for that someone...but I have other obligations to...any advice would be great.

Question #13:

Is it plausible to think that companies are rapidly going through new employees for the tax breaks?

Since February of this year, I have gone through a handful of jobs and lately its seemed kind of suspicious to me. The first was a car sales job. I was suspicious about this from the start as the company took over $600 out of my check for "training". About a month in, I made my first big sale and brought the company close to $4K profit on one vehicle. My commission was around $800. The day after, I got caught in some traffic on the way to work and tried to call the office 3 times; no answer. I was less than 5 minutes late and was fired on the spot. The 11 others hired the same month are now all gone as well. Next, I found work at another dealership. I applied as a salesperson, but they asked me if I would do internet marketing instead. I agreed. They said I would receive $25 per customer that I coaxed to come in and $50 per sale. By the end of 3 weeks, I had only received about 5-7 customers and only 2 came in. So, I had to quit. Then, I was hired by Portrait Innovations, who seemed more impressed by my experience in used car sales than photography. They had me fill out more tax paperwork (through the mail) than I had ever done. I was refused training for 3 days and then fired. This was a huge shock to me as one of the managers had complimented me on how innovative I was at posing kids. No one ever even gave me a reason. I currently work at a book store, where I initially applied for a salary position and (instead) was asked to come on as a p/t employee. Last week, I sent some ideas of mine through the company website. 2 would help increase sales and 1 would increase sanitation and prevent waste. The next day, I received a document stating I was at risk of being terminated. Is it likely that the tax breaks associated w/ HIRE are causing companies to take a quick hire/fire approach w/ job seekers? Does my being a veteran mean they would receive even greater tax breaks? Has anyone else experienced this since January of this year?

Question #14:

Is 0baama's Cash for Clunkers yet one more FAILED liberal boondoggle?

Cash for Clunkers has caused USED CAR prices for the middle class to "skyrocket"

The Cash for Clunkers program, with its $3 billion in incentives, is expected to turn three quarters of a million cars into scrap. These are cars that will never make it onto used car lots. So with reduced supply and steady demand, prices are going up.

But wait! There's MORE!

The average rebate was $4,000. But the overwhelming majority of sales would have taken place anyway at some time in the last half of 2009, according to Edmunds.com. That means the government ended up spending about $24,000 each for those 125,000 additional vehicle sales.

But at least he paid back his UAW puppetmasters...

Question #15:

i just recently bought a used crtified vehicle. the dealership never had me sign a buyers guide and....?

i just bought a used honda civic 2007 in florida. the car is certified and they also gave me an additional 7 year bumber to bumber warranty on the car. now i purchased the car a month ago and just yesterday the dealership started harrassing me at work. the car sales man called my receptionist 6 times and faxed paper work to my job 3 times in one day. first of all, i got in trouble with work because they did this. secondly, once i looked at the paperwork i realized its the buyers guide for the vehicle that they sold me. theyre just now sending it to me a month after i have had this car. i had a client at the time who owns car dealerships and he advised me not to sign the paperwork and to get a lawyer immediately. im not sure what the big deal is, just wondering why i need to go consult a lawyer and not sign this paperwork? any advice would be helpful. i am financed through honda financing, but i took them a month to send me a statement about that. also, the car dealership waited two weeks before they paid off the loan on my trade in which was in the agreement contract of sale.

Question #17:

how is property split in divorce in Missouri?

My mom sold her house and moved in with him before they got married. With the money from the sale, she purchased a bobcat which he has used for business purposes. I'm not sure how it works with heavy equipment but I was told that there was no title to the bobcat just a sales slip which would have to be tracked down.
Originally, her husband offered her anything she wanted, just as long as they got the divorce done. He had said it would be stupid for her to pay for an attorney too since they could work this out. Well, she told him what she wanted which was everything she owned before they got together, the bobcat that was purchased with her money before they were together, and the house. He apparently threw a fit and told her she had just started a war.
His counter-offer is: he'll pay off her car (roughly $12,000) and she can have the furniture that is upstairs. He'll get the house, the bobcat, the boat, the camper, and the furniture that is in the lower half of the house plus he wouldn't make her pay any of his $18,000 worth of debt he racked up.
Initially she agreed just to get everything done with. I feel like he's being a huge...jerk...with his offer. I'm trying to convince her not to agree to it. Her point of view is that she'd have a car, free and clear so she could more easily afford finding a place to live. My personal opinion, she currently has an offer to buy the bobcat for $15,000 plus all the furniture upstairs was already hers besides the couch, tv, and bedroom set...even if she just walked away with the bobcat, she'd be coming out ahead.
My question, since there is no title to the bobcat and he uses it as a part of business, how will this play out? He's promising to screw her over if she doesn't agree and settle quickly.

Question #18:

Question #20:
